Repository
OpenSS7 software can build and run on just about any Linux system, running
on any CPU target supported by the Linux kernel. It can be cross-compiled for
embedded targets.
We provide a repository of validated and verified binary packages (RPMs, DEBs, TGZs) for a
wide range of distributions. We provide a central repository for binary packages from which
packages may be installed using normal distribution package management tools as part of a
subscription service. At the time of writing we have validated packages for the following
distributions:
- RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.0 thru 5.7, 6.0 thru 6.3
- SUSE Enterprise Linux (SLES) 11 SP1, SP2, SP3
- Mandriva Enterprise Linux (MEL) 2010.2
- CentOS (RHEL clone) 5.0 thru 5.7, 6.0 thru 6.2
- PUIAS (RHEL clone) 6.0 thru 6.3
- Scientific (RHEL clone) 5.0 thru 5.7, 6.0 thru 6.2
- Arch Linux (current)
- Fedora 9, 15
- openSUSE 11
- Mageia 1
- Debian (etch, lenny, squeeze, wheezy)
- Ubuntu LTS lucid
- Slackware 13
- cross-compilation for embedded Freescale and ARM targets
We are able to support current releases of any popular Linux distribution with kernels
anywhere between 2.4 and 3.14 (soon 3.16). For an updated list, or to enquire about specific
distributions or embedded targets,
